1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using REDX Studios services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Services

We provide web development, design, mobile app development, and related digital services. Specific deliverables and timelines are outlined in individual project agreements.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms include:

• 50% advance payment before project commencement
• Remaining 50% upon project completion
• Payments via bank transfer, UPI, or Razorpay
• Late payments may incur additional charges

4. Project Timeline

Timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and client feedback. Delays caused by client-side issues may extend delivery dates.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables. We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Revisions

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Payments for completed work are non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

REDX Studios is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses arising from service use.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in Kolkata jurisdiction.
