Payment is due as per the terms specified in each invoice
Late payments may attract 2% interest per month
Work will commence/continue after payment confirmation
All prices are in INR unless otherwise specified

4. Project Delivery

Timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity
Client cooperation and timely feedback are essential for project completion
Delays caused by client will extend delivery timelines accordingly

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables. RedX Studios retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis
Only unutilized service portions may be eligible for partial refund
All refund requests require management approval

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project details. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without prior consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

RedX Studios & Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Payments for completed work remain due upon termination.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhilwara, Rajasthan.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
