Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation of services under the following conditions:
- Written notice must be provided via email to hello@redxstudios.in
- Cancellation requests will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly
- Ongoing projects may be subject to cancellation fees based on project stage
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for:
- Services not delivered as per agreed specifications
- Unutilized portions of prepaid service packages
- Technical issues preventing service delivery from our end
- Duplicate or erroneous payments
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Completed work and delivered services
- Third-party costs (domain registration, hosting, licenses, etc.)
- Custom development work already implemented
- Consultation and strategy sessions already conducted
- Marketing campaigns already launched
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Submit a written refund request to hello@redxstudios.in
- Include invoice number, project details, and reason for refund
- Requests will be reviewed within 7 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued for:
- Projects cancelled mid-way (refund for incomplete work only)
- Service packages with unused portions
- Downgraded service plans (prorated refund)
Partial refund amount will be calculated based on work completed and resources utilized.
6. Project-Specific Terms
Web Development Projects
- No refund after design approval and development commencement
- Cancellation during planning phase: 80% refund
- Cancellation during development: 50% refund
- Cancellation after delivery: No refund
Digital Marketing Services
- Monthly retainers: Refund for unused months only
- Campaign-based services: No refund after campaign launch
- SEO services: No refund after 30 days of service commencement
Maintenance & Support Plans
- Annual plans: Prorated refund for unused months (minus 20% admin fee)
- Monthly plans: No refund for current month
- Cancellation requires 30 days notice
7. Payment Gateway Charges
Payment gateway charges (typically 2-4%) are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund amount.
8. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes regarding cancellations or refunds:
- Contact our support team for resolution attempts
- Escalation to management if unresolved within 7 days
- Final decision rests with RedX Studios management
- Legal disputes subject to Bhilwara, Rajasthan jurisdiction
9. Force Majeure
No refunds will be provided for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or technical failures of third-party services.
10. Modifications to Policy
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
